The OV-10 Bronco is a versatile military aircraft known for its rugged design and ability to perform a variety of missions. Its versatility, durability and ability to operate from short and unprepared airstrips made it a valuable tool for close air support and reconnaissance. The Bronco has served with various countries around the world.
The decisive factor in the designing the OV10 as a fully 3D printable model is the high main landing gear. Only the development of the very effective suspension with simple steel wires, which was already successfully used in the Planeprint L39 Albatros, made it possible to finally realize this model.
The OV10 Bronco is our first twin-engine model and is largely built using the proven P5 method from LW PLA. You can build your own individual model in different versions, with A or D nose, with or without pylons on the fuselage.
The flight characteristics of the Planeprint OV10 are very pleasant thanks to the large wing area and the four landing flaps, and the big wheels also feel very comfortable on grass runways. The retractable landing gear and the unusual double fuselage design make it look fantastic on the ground and in the air.
